Dragon Quest X is going to be on the Wii. Meanwhile, Dragon Quest IX is due out in Japan in late March.

It is really weird going from a game like Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne, with its relatively unusual modern-day setting, open-ended storyline, and "mature" themes, to a much more conventional RPG like Dragon Quest VIII. Not that the latter game is bad - it is very, very good - it's just a jarring change.
